Key points to mention
Log in as an administrator.
Explain that you’re logged in as an administrator, and briefly describe the other main user types available, and their permissions.
(You’ll go into more detail about the roles and permissions in the Manage users section.)
- The different user types are: AP operator, administrator, company administrator (if there are multiple entities), order creator, and approver.
Highlight the e-invoicing email address and what it’s for.
- Each customer gets their own unique email address.
- In a multi-company setup, each company has its own e-invoicing email address.
- If a user has the correct permissions, they can easily switch between companies from the company menu in the top-right, so there’s no need to log off to access their other companies.
Highlight Invoice credits remaining and explain how invoice credits work.
- Invoice credits are purchased in packs.
- The larger the invoice credit pack, the lower the cost of a single invoice credit. Invoice credits are valid against the company's account for up to three years, which enables businesses to achieve the best available price per transaction based on their volume, and simply ‘chip away’ at these credits as they go. Invoice credits are utilised across all entities if customers have a multi-company setup.
Highlight the in-app resource centre.
- Best place to log support queries.
