- The purchase order is automatically populated based on the basket contents in the user's fully integrated Amazon Business account.
- Orders can have pre-set coding so that the user just needs to submit the order to a workflow - either for self-approval, or for another user to approve.
- Workflows can be disabled so that Amazon Business orders don't require approval.
- Fully approved are automatically submitted to Amazon electronically.
- Invoices are received automatically into the system for matching and processing, by setting the Amazon Business invoicing email with your account’s e-invoicing email address.
- The invoice management process thereafter is the same as previously demonstrated.
